BLOBS OF PAINT WHEN SOMEONE PAINTED THEIR CEILING OR SOMETHING!

INSIDE LOOKS OK some new caps and resistors fitted and a gain mod for the mic channel. One screening can missing but that is on the tremelo channel.

ANOTHER VIEW INSIDE

I forgot to photo the rear panel but that is ok. The main problem is two tears on the front grille cloth and the paint blobs can emulsion be removed without messing the original blue cloth?
