I recently purchased this Selmer Selector-Tone amp, apart from some of the
brass caps off of the knobs it appears to be in all original condition and apart
from the tremelo being a bit intermittent in operation it all functions great.
This is a very old model note the leather handle in some of the pictures. This
has to be the oldest Selmer that I have ever purchased with very little to do to
restore (for a change) one previous owner from new in 1961 so i understand prior
to selling it to me. Seperate power amp 2XEL34 and one GZ34 and ECC83 phase
splitter. I have yet to inspect the pre amp in detail.
I paid £500.00 for this amp 2002,
What is this very rare amp worth today 2005???
